Jussi Salonoja, the sausage king of Finland, also holds the honour of receiving the priciest speeding ticket ever issued. After being nabbed driving at 80km/h in a 40km/h the millionaire was fined a record 170,000 (£116,000) in February 2004. Finland’s fines are income related and tax office records showed that Salonoja had earned almost £7m in 2002. So he could probably afford it.
